Founded on the belief that merit isn’t a matter of geography
Medha IAS was set up in Samastipur because talented aspirants from this district and the surrounding blocks were being forced to leave home just to get serious, structured UPSC/BPSC guidance. We built the institute so that a genuine shot at the civil services no longer requires moving to Patna or Delhi — just discipline, the right mentorship, and a seat in the right batch.
Since then, the institute has grown into a full-time coaching centre offering foundation courses for the UPSC Civil Services Examination and the BPSC Combined Competitive Examination, along with optional-subject classes, weekly test series and interview guidance — all under one roof, close to home, taught by mentors who track every aspirant by name, not by roll number.
What we’re working toward
Mission: to give every serious aspirant in Samastipur access to disciplined, mentor-led preparation of the same quality found in the country’s biggest coaching hubs — delivered with personal attention a large, anonymous batch elsewhere simply can’t offer, and without needing to relocate or spend beyond their means.
Vision: to make Samastipur a genuine, trusted centre for civil services preparation in North Bihar — a place known for producing selections, not just admissions, where an aspirant’s pin code never decides how far they can go.
